Gall Blvd (301) traffic with all the new construction

Seems like every month there's a new plaza going up along Gall and the lights are timed terribly. Used to be a quick run downtown and now it's stop and go past every strip mall. Anyone else over it?

    Eiland or Chancey to get around the worst of Gall is my move now. The growth is good for the town, the light timing is not.

    City keeps approving the plazas but the road's still basically the same 301 it always was. Something's got to give.
